About Our Classes
You have a wide range of day and evening classes to choose from. Feel free to
call us to talk about the class or mix of classes that's
right for you.
What to Wear While it's not a requirement,
we recommend that you take class barefoot and wear workout
clothes that aren't baggy. This lets us see which muscles are
working and correct any asymmetries quickly. That said, we
urge you to wear what is most comfortable for you. This is
not about being a fashion plate.
Special Needs If you have a current
or past injury, immune deficiency, pre- or post-natal conditions,
please call us so we can assess whether a group class or private
session would be better for you.
To Enroll Please check the Schedule page
for class times and start date. Call 415.648.4911 for
more information or to enroll.
